BrightOrder's capabilities span fleet maintenance software (EMDECS), telematics hardware (BrightOrder Telematics, formerly CloudHawk), and wireless engineering and research (SparkTech Labs). CloudHawk and SparkTech Labs were acquired in 2024, bringing telematics and engineering fully in-house.
