CANADIAN INTERNATIONAL AIRSHOW 2026

Fleet readiness,
designed in Canada.

BrightOrder gives defence and emergency fleet operators real-time visibility into where their assets are, how they're performing, and what it takes to keep them mission-ready.

WHY BRIGHTORDER FOR DEFENCE

Readiness is not a feature you buy. It is the result of maintenance, visibility, and data working as one system. Here is what we bring to that problem.

Canadian data sovereignty

Fleet and asset data hosted in Canada with a Canadian provider. Data residency under Canadian control, from device to data centre.

Proven in demanding fleets

Mature technology refined over 30 years in fleet operations where downtime costs contracts. Proprietary device energy management and fleet AI data processing, now adapted to defence needs.

Designed in Canada

Tracker hardware designed in Canada and trusted by municipalities. Engineering, support, and accountability under one roof.

Committed for the long term

Actively working through the Defence Market Entry Assessment toward Canadian Defence Industrial Base vendor status. A partnership investment, not a one-off pitch.

WHAT THAT LOOKS LIKE IN OPERATION

Claims are easy. Here are two operations that run on this discipline today, in environments where the standards are federal, the deadlines are real, and the discipline transfers.

LIFECYCLE SUSTAINMENT

From fabrication to certified asset, every record in one system.

A custom tanker and pressure vessel manufacturer builds every unit from scratch under strict Department of Transportation compliance requirements. Their full operational lifecycle runs on EMDECS: raw material costs allocated to the specific fabricated part, fabrication managed step by step through specialized PM schedules, and completed vessels inspected and maintained for ongoing regulatory compliance.

Compliance-ready records

This is the sustainment problem in miniature. Build to a regulated standard, support the asset for its full service life, and prove compliance on demand. The audit trail is not assembled when the auditor arrives. It already exists.

NO-NOTICE READINESS

When the call comes in, the maintenance already happened.

An emergency vehicle service provider keeps fire apparatus mission-ready for the agencies it serves. Emergencies do not book appointments. Every unit has to be maintained, compliant, and ready to roll with no notice. On EMDECS, every repair is tracked against every unit, inspection and certification records stay current, and the agencies can see the status of their own apparatus without picking up a phone.

Agency status visibility

Readiness is not a quarterly report. It is the state of the fleet at the moment of the call, and it is built in the maintenance bay long before anyone needs the asset.

“We have been able to track repairs better and help customers understand what is happening to their fire truck when it is here. We are helping our customers keep their equipment on the road.”

The discipline pays for itself.

30+ hours

One heavy-duty trucking operation cut thirty-plus hours of administrative work after moving its maintenance operation onto the platform.

Let's talk at the show, or after it.

If readiness is your problem, tell us how your operation runs and we will show you what is relevant. No pitch decks. Just a conversation.
